Child Advocacy Center
One of the most essential parts of FastBreak's mission is to serve our communities. During the Shell Giving Pump, our stores raised money for different charities, one being the Child Advocacy Center of Jackson County in Medford, Oregon.
Last week, we had the opportunity to tour the facility and learn about the vital work they do. The Children’s Advocacy Center of Jackson County is a nonprofit agency that facilitates a multi-disciplinary team approach to child abuse interventions. They provide forensic interviews, advocacy, medical evaluation and treatment, and therapeutic intervention for child abuse victims referred to our agency. They serve around 700 children each year in Jackson County.
Thank you to the CAC for the hard work you do and to Shell for helping us to raise money for this wonderful organization.
