What are Payday Rewards Points, how do I earn them?

Every time you make a purchase you are awarded 3 points for each dollar spent in-store (excluding lottery), and 5 points for each gallon at the pump! You can also earn bonus points for purchasing specially marked items in the store. Please note points are not awarded for non-food items such as taxes. Points are also not awarded on purchases made using rewards dollars and gift cards. Some additional exclusions may apply.

Is there anything that I won’t earn Points for?

PayDay Rewards Points cannot be earned or used for lottery purchases. Other than that, they spend like cash on all items, including fuel!

Why Should I register my card?

Registering your card is required to redeem points. It allows you to track your points balance and bonus club status online. It allows Fastbreak to replace your card if lost or stolen, to accrue points, and to check out. You can now register using our app and get access to your account without your card.

What if I don’t have my card with me?

If you register for the app you are able to use your card right from your phone! If you are not registered with the app then you will need your phone number and ID to use your card for purchases and to redeem points.

What happens if I lose my card?

If you register for the app you are able to use your card right from your phone! If you prefer a physical card you can pick another up at any store. Then login to your account and register your new card.

Will my points and prizes expire?

Points earned on in-store items and gallons will expire after one year of inactivity. Rewards and bonus point items expire 30 days after earned.

What are the requirements for joining?

Anyone can join the program, but you must be 18 years or older to participate in any available contests or promotions.

What If I think my points balance is wrong

If you believe there is a mistake in your points balance please fill out the contact us form or call the number the number at the bottom of the page.

How often can I visit a location and earn points?

You can visit a participating location as many times as you like!

How can I find out how many points I have?

You can login to your rewards account and check your points balance, purchase history and more! Click on “rewards login” at the top of the page.

How do I spend my points?

You spend points by informing the cashier at a participating location that you would like to redeem points. Points are spent like cash, 100 points equal $1.00. Points can be redeemed for any product or fuel! (Excludes lottery) The cashier will swipe your card or scan the bar code in the app and locate your account, then points will be applied to your purchase.
